Shipping Details

All paintings and prints are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely at your door. I ship worldwide and work with trusted carriers to offer reliable delivery. Each piece is packed with care to protect it during transit.

Orders for original artwork and fine art prints will be processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Domestic (Italy): 1-3 days
• International Orders: 4-10 days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can be affected by external factors such as customs delays or public holidays.

Packaging

All artworks are packaged with professional materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

• Fine Art Prints: Securely packed in rigid rolls, with protective packaging.
• Original Paintings: Shipped in custom-made packages, with protective wrapping and padding to prevent damage.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.

For international orders, additional duties or taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

Payment and Returns

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• PayPal

All online prices are listed in euros without VAT. Delivery costs and VAT if applicable are added at checkout. Any additional customs fees or import taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To return your product, send your request to: michellecoanart@gmail.com and instructions will be sent to you.
